1. RETURN POLICYA&A Dogs Eat Raw offers the following Returns Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of raw pet food, we cannot accept returns on these items after 24 hours. If you are unhappy with the quality of the raw food, you must contact us within 24 hours for a refund. Please provide a brief explanation as to why you are dissatisfied and please ensure the product remains in a freezer until we are able to pick it up.
We will accept returns on non-perishable items within 30 days of receipt of your order. When you send a return, please provide a brief explanation for the reason of return. This helps us to improve the quality of our products and assess the expectations of our customers.
When returning products you have three options:
a) You may exchange it for another product of equal value
b) You may ask for an account credit, redeemable on your next order
c) You may ask for a refund to your payment method
Please Note: Exchanges, refunds and credits on returned merchandise will be issued only for the value of the product returned. All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of A&A Dogs Eat Raw. If we are responsible for the error, please return the product in it's original shipping package and label it "Return to Sender". All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a return.
2. SHIPPING
We use Canada Post to ship packages to your area. If Canada Post does not ship to your area we may be able to arrange shipment using another carrier. Please e-mail us for more information.
Currently, A&A Dogs Eat Raw offers shipping in Canada only. We do not deliver to the United States, international addresses and a few limited geographic areas within Canada. Please send us an e-mail if you are uncertain whether we can deliver to your area.
We have implemented a flat rate shipping charge to most areas in Canada. This charge will be added to your order at checkout. We do not ship frozen raw pet food. Heavier items are not being shipped at this time, unless specifically requested. These heavier items will incur a separate shipping charge.
3. RAW FOOD DELIVERY
We deliver raw, frozen food to Revelstoke, Enderby and Vernon, BC. Please refer to our "Shipping Rates" page for additional information. After placing your online raw food order, select the appropriate “Local Delivery” option when choosing your “Shipping Method”. We will then contact you to arrange delivery.
4. MINIMUM ORDER
We have chosen not to implement a minimum order at this time for deliveries to Revelstoke, BC and all shipped orders. The following areas require a minimum order for raw food deliveries:

5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars. A&A Dogs Eat Raw accepts payment via PayPal, mail-in cheque or e-mail payment. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. All credit cards must be valid, authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability. All mail-in cheques must clear before we can ship your order. Cheques may take up to 2 weeks to clear. E-mail payments can be made through your bank. Please contact your bank for instructions on how to e-mail money. This payment method takes about 15 minutes to complete. After funds have been received, we will ship your order.
If you would prefer to order directly from us, please e-mail us with your order and we will e-mail you an invoice. Upon your approval of the invoice, we will arrange payment through PayPal, mail-in cheque or e-mail payment. Your order will be shipped when payment is received.
6. SALES TAX
In accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws, we are required to charge PST and GST for sales to British Columbia addresses until June 30, 2010, after which we are required to charge HST. We only charge GST/HST on sales of pet food to all other provinces and territories.
